Rivalea owns and operates specialised export accredited abattoirs, boning and packaging facilities at Corowa and Diamond Valley Pork (DVP), Melbourne. DVP provides contract processing services for external livestock for other pork producers, wholesalers and retailers.

The Corowa processing facilities are integrated into the Rivalea production and distribution system to supply major retailers and wholesalers throughout Australia, Asia and other parts of the world.

Rivalea invests heavily in product development and meat science to ensure that their pork products continue to meet changing customer and consumer needs and expectations.

Food safety and quality are paramount and are supported through audited and monitored quality programs. The advanced processes and protective measures employed by Rivalea Corowa and DVP are supported by a company owned NATA-accredited laboratory, an extensive traceability system and comprehensive employee training.
